All sales made are final and cannot be refunded or cancelled once payment has been processed and the order is confirmed. We do not accept returns.

ExchangeIf you're not happy with the fit of your purchase, we offer exchanges within 3 days of delivery date. Shipping is externally charged ₹125.

LUSTRA jewellery is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase.

Prerequisite is that you as a consumer have purchased the item in our online store misobysonia.com. The warranty does not cover improper use, third-party repair, negligent handling, wear and tear, damage due to normal use (e.g. scratches), misuse or damage (e.g. due to an accident).

Our warranty covers:

1. The case that your jewellery has a defect upon receipt and you report it to us within 14 days.
2. The case that your jewellery breaks within the warranty period due to a manufacturing defect.
   
3. Each product warranty can be claimed only once during the warranty period.
